STORAGE

Based in Belgium, Red-Confort Logistics is a premier petroleum tank farm storage company. We've built a network of partners to meet the growing demand for petroleum and petrochemical products throughout Europe. Our one-stop service approach, with offices and departments in 17 countries, ensures a steady supply of these products globally.

By storing by-products, refined petroleum, petrochemical products, raw materials, equipment, and other utilities of the oil and gas industry, we significantly contribute to the supply chain. Our tank farms enhance the quality of stored products and promote the rational use of natural resources and environmental protection

Red-Confort Logistics' storage terminals are well-maintained facilities designed and built to minimize public impact. Our terminals are secured and fenced, with lighting to ensure security while minimizing disturbance to neighbors. These facilities are regulated for pipeline safety as part of an interstate transportation system.

Pipeline safety inspectors ensure compliance with these regulations. Our storage terminals support the safe and reliable delivery of petroleum products to refineries, tankers, vessels, and other clients. Our above-ground storage tanks, constructed with quality steel plates, meet federal codes and national standards tailored to their size, environment, and product requirements.

Our terminals and tank locations vary from small gathering sites to extensive corporate storage units across Belgium and the largest terminal globally. Our tanks range from 40 to 60 feet high and 150 to 270 feet in diameter, holding between 57,000 and 575,000 barrels of petroleum products. The tank size is determined by the design needs of pipeline and refinery customers.

Floating roofs on storage tanks are equipped with primary and secondary seals to contain vapors, reducing emissions and ignition risks.

Advanced systems, such as radar for tank level tracking and mixers, maintain product integrity during breakout storage.

New tanks undergo hydrostatic testing, filled with water, and monitored for leaks before being placed into service. Cathodic protection controls corrosion during normal operations. Tanks are grounded to minimize static electricity buildup and redirect lightning strikes. All facilities are routinely monitored, inspected, and maintained. Trained personnel conduct monthly visual inspections of each tank, with additional annual inspections.

Rotterdam and Houston are pivotal to our global operations. The Rotterdam terminal, situated in Europe’s largest port, provides expansive storage capacity and direct access to European markets. In Houston, our storage site leverages the port’s extensive logistics network to serve the North American market efficiently. Both locations are outfitted with modern infrastructure, capable of handling significant volumes while ensuring product quality and operational efficiency.
